What CanaGrants is — and is not
CanaGrants is an opportunity-monitoring and information service. We surface Canadian grants, tax credits, and tenders that may be relevant to your business and prepare draft summaries and application materials inside your workspace. CanaGrants does NOT provide legal, financial, tax, grant-writing, or procurement advice, and is not a government agency. Matches, fit scores, and amounts are suggestions and estimates based on public information — not eligibility decisions or guarantees of funding.
Privacy & your data
We collect the business profile details, uploaded materials, reusable answers, and the email (and optional phone) you provide. We use them only to match opportunities, prepare drafts, and send the briefs and reminders you ask for. Your data is stored in Canada and handled in line with PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time (see below), and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@canagrants.ca.
Email & communications
Paid briefs, reminders, and account emails are sent to the address on your account. Every commercial email includes a one-click unsubscribe and a working unsubscribe address. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email support@canagrants.ca with the subject "Unsubscribe".

Program rules, deadlines, amounts, and tender documents change — always verify the details against the official government source before applying or bidding. Where we link an official source, that source is authoritative, not our summary.
